Responsibilities

• Construct diagrams, flows, wireframes, and prototypes to define product direction.
• Lead collaborative sessions with customers and partners to explore concepts and improve designs.
• Run customer research during planning and early design phases.
• Lead design-thinking exercises to build shared understanding and solve design challenges.
• Inform API design with UX considerations and cross-functional input.
• Promote UX tools, processes, and scalable design standards.
• Mentor junior designers as a senior member of the team.
