What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel lead generation strategies to meet sales targets
- Manage and mentor a team of lead generation specialists to ensure consistent performance and professional growth
- Oversee the creation and management of a robust sales pipeline through targeted campaigns and data-driven prospecting
- Track KPIs including lead conversion rates, sales qualified leads (SQLs), and revenue from new accounts
- Leverage CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to manage data and forecast results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in industry sales
- Minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience leading and coaching sales teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS 365 and sales tools
