What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel lead generation strategies to meet sales targets
  • Manage and mentor a team of lead generation specialists to ensure consistent performance and professional growth
  • Oversee the creation and management of a robust sales pipeline through targeted campaigns and data-driven prospecting
  • Track KPIs including lead conversion rates, sales qualified leads (SQLs), and revenue from new accounts
  • Leverage CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to manage data and forecast results
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in industry sales
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience leading and coaching sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS 365 and sales tools
