The Principal Program Manager leads a portfolio of high-impact initiatives that advance Twilio’s talent strategy and enable scalable, globally consistent people practices. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management, this role operates as a strategic integrator, shaping and executing programs that enhance organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and employee growth.
As a recognized expert in program management and change leadership, the Principal Program Manager defines frameworks, influences enterprise decision-making, and drives alignment across People, Business, and Executive teams to achieve long-term talent outcomes.

This role will be remote based in British Columbia, Ontario, or Alberta Canada.
