As part of the Programmatic Reporting team, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical solutions designed to help advertisers and partners understand their advertising investments by delivering dozens of data sets through unified data interfaces. You will collaborate closely with engineering, solution architects, and go-to-market teams to build robust, programmatic data products. You will help advertisers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns while empowering tooling providers, and AI teams acquire the data they need to make rapid data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include working backward from the customer and their engineering teams to identify needs, analyzing data and dogfooding our own products while partnering with our teams to build high scale, consistent and low latency data delivery engines at industry leading scale.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering data products at scale, with strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. They will be just as at home on a command line, writing curl requests, or using an agent to prototype a tool as they are writing epics or refining a sprint with a team. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to effectively influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration. This role will be open to Toronto or New York offices.
The Measurement and Data Science (MADS) organization sits at the heart of Amazon Ads, responsible for data infrastructure, measurement, research and reporting that enables advertisers to understand and optimize their advertising investments.
Within MADS, the Programmatic Reporting team builds the data interfaces that power how advertisers and partners measure their Amazon Ads outcomes. We own Amazon Marketing Stream and the Reporting APIs, delivering accurate, consistent, and timely data at massive scale to advertisers and partners worldwide. Our work sits at the intersection of data engineering and developer experience while opening doors to GenAI-powered interfaces and data lake integrations. We move fast, think in systems, and obsess over data quality.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
