Job summary

Redis in Vancouver seeks a Product Manager (P4) to drive the Redis Cloud business. You will shape the product strategy, translate customer needs into a clear roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver impactful cloud products.

You’ll own end-to-end product delivery for enterprise, digital-native, and AI-native customers, balancing technical feasibility with market impact while guiding teams across distributed locations.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for Redis Cloud capabilities serving enterprise customers, digital-native companies, and AI-native applications.
• Define detailed product requirements with engineering and key stakeholders, and manage the lifecycle end-to-end.
• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points, validate priorities, and turn feedback into roadmap decisions.
• Partner closely with sales, solutions, marketing, enablement, and customer success to support successful launches, adoption, and business alignment.
• Collaborate across distributed teams and global stakeholders to prioritize work, communicate trade-offs, and drive high-quality execution.
• Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, helping teams tell a clear story about customer value, product direction, and use cases.
• Bring strong technical judgment to conversations spanning cloud infrastructure, modern application architectures, data platforms, and AI workloads.

The Team

We are looking for a Product Manager (P4) to join our Redis Cloud team in Vancouver, Canada.

In this role, you will help shape the future of Redis Cloud for three of our most important customer segments: enterprise customers modernizing mission-critical applications, digital-native companies building and scaling fast-moving products, and teams developing AI-powered applications. You will work at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and technical execution to define capabilities that help customers move faster with confidence.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, translating complex problems into clear product direction, and partnering across engineering, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams to deliver meaningful business impact.

The Role

What type of work will you be doing:

• Own product strategy and execution for Redis Cloud capabilities that serve enterprise customers, digital-native companies, and AI-native applications.


• Define detailed product requirements in close partnership with engineering and key stakeholders, and manage the lifecycle of one or more product areas end to end.


• Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points, validate priorities, and turn feedback into roadmap decisions.


• Partner closely with sales, solutions, marketing, enablement, and customer success to support successful launches, adoption, and business alignment.


• Collaborate across distributed teams and global stakeholders to prioritize work, communicate trade-offs, and drive high-quality execution.

What You’ll Bring to Redis

Your experience and strengths:

• Experience in product management for cloud platforms, data infrastructure, databases, developer platforms, or AI-related products.


• Strong technical depth in storage, networking, and modern software development processes, including Agile development practices and the effective use of AI tools to accelerate discovery, specification, iteration, and execution.


• Adaptability to the changing role of product management in an AI-enabled SDLC, including faster feedback loops, AI-assisted engineering workflows, and evolving cross-functional ways of working, with the ability to understand architecture trade-offs and translate them into product requirements.


• Solid understanding of cloud platform ecosystems across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including core infrastructure services, marketplace and procurement models, APIs, identity and access patterns, observability, and partner integrations.


• Familiarity with the lifecycle of cloud products and services, including provisioning, upgrades, maintenance windows, reliability, operational readiness, supportability, and end-of-life considerations.


• Strong product sense for enterprise and digital-native customers, with the ability to turn ambiguous customer, field, and market input into crisp requirements, prioritization decisions, and measurable outcomes.


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
