Worley is seeking a Principal / Lead Structural Engineer for their Vancouver office to lead critical engineering projects in the Mining, Minerals & Metals sector. The role requires a strong background in structural engineering, project management experience, and knowledge of regulations relevant to the industry. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and must be a member of the Professional Engineers of British Columbia.

Purpose:
Looking for a Principle / Lead Structural Engineer, Mining, Minerals & Metals (MMM) for our Vancouver office. Works independently at an advanced level completing a wide variety of assignments through the application of advanced engineering theories and able to do regular visits to client sites, techniques, and practices. Has substantial knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, nuclear standards and regulations, and industry standard practices for the control, development, and application of deliverables. Capable to provide discipline supervision for one larger or one or more smaller projects.
Technical and Industry Experience:
Other discipline specific job knowledge will include.
Job Specific Knowledge / Experience (Desirable)
Experience working in project leadership. Specialized expertise in regulations, codes for the nuclear regulation and standards, and industry standard practices. Specific knowledge on the National Building codes is essential.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering majoring in Civil/Structural Engineering.
For applicants based in the province of British Columbia, the salary range is $133,924 to $199,146.
Application of the pay band: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
