McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare leader, seeks a Principal, Digital Transformation to partner with Ontada's senior leaders to shape IT strategy and drive end-to-end delivery. This role spans multiple portfolios and requires strong executive communication.

You will define multi-year technology roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, operational health, and enable customer success across McKesson's technology landscape. Hybrid work with two days in office.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 13+ years, with 8+ years, of direct work-related experience.
• Proven experience partnering directly with senior business leaders on IT technology strategy and execution.
• Demonstrated success owning IT technology outcomes across multiple businesses or portfolios.
• Strong ability to influence and lead through collaboration rather than direct authority.
• Experience in regulated, data-intensive, or digital-first business environments.
