What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead high-complexity transformations for strategic customers, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and customer objectives
- Identify professional services pipeline opportunities and provide pre-sales support as needed

- Shape customer organizational strategies by identifying trends and providing industry-specific thought leadership

What is Required (Qualifications)
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency and residing in Calgary, Canada
- Minimum of 15+ years in client-facing roles focused on account management, consulting, or transformation leadership
- Significant experience collaborating with senior IT and business leaders, translating corporate strategies into actionable objectives using ServiceNow technology
- Project management experience required; PMP preferred
- Experience in critical subject areas such as IT Strategy, HR, Security Operations, and IT Governance
