What to Expect
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance function, aligning security policies with controls
- Establish and influence strategic relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive the creation and governance of architecture designs and patterns for cybersecurity technologies
- Oversee the development and management of a comprehensive global Threat Modeling program
- Mentor junior and senior architects, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive cybersecurity architecture experience with demonstrated leadership in global roles
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with full accountability for large-scale, global implementations
- At least 10 years of experience in designing and delivering global-scale security solutions
- Proven ability to operate in a constantly evolving environment, making strategic decisions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a drive for innovation and automation
Preferred Qualifications
- Active contribution and leadership in industry programs and thought leadership initiatives
- Proven ability to influence executive peers and business leaders on security matters at a global level
