Salary & Compensation
  • Salary: $88,500 per year
  • Health Benefits Program: The program is cost-shared (80:20) between NCCS and the administrator. Covers 80% Basic Dental and 80% Extended Health Care with small amounts of Life and Critical Illness Insurance.
  • RRSP Matching Program: For every dollar the employee puts towards an RRSP, NCCS will match 75
  • Moving Costs: Negotiable
Qualifications
  • Valid BC teaching certificate
  • A master’s degree in education or a related field is an asset
  • A minimum of five years of teaching experience in a K-9 setting
  • A proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced teacher (minimum of 5 years) with training and understanding of the meaning and value of a faith-based learning environment
  • Principal or Vice Principal experience is considered an asset
  • Acceptance of the NCCS Statement of Faith, without reservation
