Cabico is seeking a production painter to apply paint, stain and finishes to cabinetry using a spray gun, contributing to quality and durability. You will work as part of our production team, following processes to match color samples and scheduling requirements.

The role offers an evening shift with a 3:45 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. schedule, a 40-hour work week, and benefits including health, dental, vision, travel, EFAP, and a friendly team culture with on-site amenities.

Qualifikationen

In this role, you will use spray guns and related tools and equipment to apply paint, stain, and other finishes to cabinetry and cabinet components. As part of our production team, you will help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, appearance, and durability.

The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:

• Apply paint and other finishes to cabinets and components using a spray gun, following established techniques and processes to match provided colour samples.
• Meet quality, productivity, and scheduling standards safely and efficiently.
• Ensure cabinets, materials, and components are complete, compliant, and finished on time.
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in materials, components, or finishes.
• Represent, support, and uphold the company’s Core Values and Management Philosophy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
