A specialist SEND school in Sudbury is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistants to join their expanding team. The school supports pupils aged 5–16, offering outstanding learning facilities and professional development for staff.

About the Role:

• As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Support pupils across primary years in the classroom and small groups
• Deliver 1:1 interventions tailored to individual needs
• Use communication strategies such as PECs, Makaton, or visual aids
• Implement behaviour plans using positive and supportive strategies
  
• Assist with personal care if required (training provided)
• Support emotional regulation and social skills development
• Encourage independence and engagement in learning
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families
