Academics are currently seeking an experienced SENCO or a highly experienced SEN teacher looking for the next step in their career for a great Primary School located in Redbridge, London to start in January 2026 on a long term to permanent contract.

Salary: Negotiable - £40,000 - £65,000

Contract Type: Permanent – Full time

The Role

This primary School SENCO will entail you supporting the Headteacher and SLT in ensuring that all staff recognises the importance of planning their lessons in ways which will encourage the active participation, learning and achievement of all pupils. You will support the school's aims and policies, the development and implementation of SEN, EAL and Gifted and Talented policies in order to raise achievement and improve the quality of the education provided. This SENCO/Inclusion role has no classroom attachments.

Ideally, the SENCO qualification is required, but you must hold QTS and have experience as a SENCO or be a primary or SEN teacher aspiring to become a SENCO.
