Job summary

Prep Academy Tutors is seeking an in-person primary/junior tutor for the 2026/2027 academic year (Sept–June). You will work one-on-one with students in their homes or at a local library, delivering Ontario curriculum-aligned support and preparing assignments to boost understanding.

We value energetic teachers with strong communication, reliable transportation, and a commitment to helping families. OCT certification is preferred, with openings across multiple GTA areas.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic teachers with experience teaching.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an in-person primary/junior level tutor able to work for the full 2026/2027 academic school year (September to June).

As a tutor, you will work one-on-one with students to provide personalized support and guidance in their academic pursuits. Tutoring sessions take place in students' homes or at a local public library. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to helping students succeed throughout the academic year. • Provide academic support to students based on expertise and knowledge of the Ontario curriculum.

A qualified applicant will meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You hold registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
• You are qualified to teach in a Ontario.
• You are a current teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
• You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited Canadian or US University or College.
