Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
• Experience in primary care or interprofessional teams preferred.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care and services to individuals, groups, and communities.
• Follow up according to the person’s primary Care Plan and goals of care.
• Collaborate with the interprofessional team to inform plans of care.
• Contribute to care in physician practices, homes, schools and communities.
