Qualifications

• Must have non-restricted PCP registration with ACOP.
• Current BCLS CPR certification.
• Valid Class 4 Alberta Driver's Licence with recent five-year driving abstract (≤6 demerits).
• F.A.R.E. test completed or eligible for Lifemark certification within 6 months.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 105 lbs and sustained kneeling/trunk flexion.

Responsibilities

• Assess emergency scenes and patients.
• Transport patients between scenes and facilities.
• Lead BLS crew during patient transport.
• Ensure ambulances and NET units are stocked and ready.
• Travel in all weather conditions and remote locations; comply with safety standards.
