Medavie Health Services West (MHSW) is seeking a Paramedic for Lloydminster, AB/SK area. The role involves emergency patient care, vehicle operation, and coordination with partner agencies.

On an assembled truck: The PCP provides immediate treatment and transportation of sick and injured individuals to appropriate medical facilities. Due to the nature of operating in the public eye, a high level of professionalism, communication, and knowledge is always expected. The paramedic is required to conduct themselves in a safe and discreet manner, with the responsibility of conduct justification to patients, family members, hospitals staff, management, public agencies, legal court, and more. High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Alberta Operators License class 1, 2 or 4.
Current registration with the Alberta College of Paramedics
Current registration with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics, if applying to Lloydminster Positions
Completion of Alberta Health Services MCP’s
Certified in and maintains CPR certification
Current registration with the Alberta College of Paramedics
Current registration with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics (Lloydminster only)
FARE Certificate required
Salary: $28.15 - $42.01 Hourly as per PEMS Inc/HSAA Collective Agreement
