Carbon Health is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our national network in a role that prioritizes top-of-license practice, work-life balance, and ongoing professional growth.

You’ll join a supportive, innovative team using our CarbyOS EHR with AI-powered tools to reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care. Expect a 4‑day work week, no call, no weekends, and holidays off for full-time clinicians.

Qualifications

  • Active state NP/PA license in good standing.
  • DEA license required.
  • Minimum 1 year of primary care or similar clinical experience.
  • Comfort with adult care and basic women’s health services.
  • BLS certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough patient histories and physical exams.
  • Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears.
  • Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
  • Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
  • Interpret x‑rays, lab results, and EKGs.
  • Manage patient flow with Central Support team.
  • Provide leadership for medical assistants and clinic staff.
  • Consult supervising physicians as needed within scope of practice.
  • Manage a patient panel with a focus on evidence-based quality care.

Your Role

As a vital member of our Primary Care team, you’ll provide patient-centered care while collaborating with colleagues in a high-performing, innovative environment.

What You'll Do
  • Perform thorough patient histories and physical exams

About You
  • Certified NP or PA with an active state license
  • Current national certification and unrestricted DEA license
  • At least 1 year of primary care or similar clinical experience
  • Comfortable providing adult care and basic women’s health services
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a passion for patient-centered innovation
  • Dedicated to teamwork, transparency, and continuous learning
  • BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week)

$127,400 - $201,940

Compensation offers include a base salary, quality bonus plan, and a balance of factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location. The Company complies with all state and local wage and hour laws. It provides a total rewards package of compensation plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) plan, learning and development programs, and Paid Time Off.
