Job summary

Northern Health is seeking an experienced, self-directed Primary Care Assistant to support Primary Care providers and the Interprofessional Team (IPT) across clinic and community settings at Harbour Clinic in Prince Rupert, BC.

Under supervision of the Manager or designate, you will deliver operational and administrative support to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality primary care services in alignment with NH policies and priorities. A valid Class 5 Driver's License is required.

Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Primary Care Assistant.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Primary Care Assistant functions as a member of the interprofessional team. As an integral member of the team, the Primary Care Assistant works to support Primary Care providers and the Interprofessional Team (IPT) in the delivery of safe, efficient, and quality Primary Care Services throughout Northern Health. The Primary Care Assistant provides both operational and administrative support in a clinic and/or other community setting in accordance with Northern Health policies and procedures.

Must have Class 5 Driver's License. Work site is Harbour Clinic.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work:

Monday to Friday, Days - 12:30 to 16:30, 08:30 to 16:30, 08:30 to 16:15
