Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Toronto seeks a Pricing Lead to shape and execute pricing strategies within the Patient Value & Access team. The role involves driving pricing governance, conducting pricing submissions, and managing compliance with PMPRB regulations. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills, alongside a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Deep expertise in pricing and contracting, with commercial strategy experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pricing strategy and analysis ensuring compliance.
  • Represent the company in PMPRB and industry forums.
  • Act as a consultant to PCPA negotiation team for best practices.
  • Develop contract pricing strategies aligned with guidance.
  • Oversee invoicing validation for pricing agreements.
