Job summary

Belron Canada Inc. is seeking a Pricing Specialist to support price maintenance, data integrity, and internal pricing inquiries. You will contribute to reporting, dashboard management, and tooling enhancements across the Revenue Management team.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, SQL/Power BI proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration within a hybrid Montreal-based team.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or equivalent).
• Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Execute pricing updates using available pricing tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing data.
• Provide internal support and guidance on pricing-related matters.
• Assist in identifying and resolving pricing discrepancies and anomalies.
• Develop and produce sales and profitability reports for business partners.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of information shared through dashboards.
• Support the team in preparing analyses, recommendations, and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities and generating data-driven insights.
• Maintain various data elements required by Revenue Management and Commercial Strategy teams.
• Participate in validating and enhancing data quality for reporting and performance tracking.

Join us as a Pricing Specialist and become part of a team at the heart of the company’s strategic and commercial decision-making. In this role, you will leverage your technical skills to support price maintenance activities, ensure pricing data integrity, and provide internal support for pricing-related inquiries. You will also contribute to reporting, dashboard management, and the continuous improvement of the department’s tools, processes, and tracking methods.

Responsibilities

Pricing Maintenance & Internal Customer Support

• Execute pricing updates using available pricing tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing data.

• Maintain various data elements required by the Revenue Management and Commercial Strategy teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills

• Comfortable working with databases and large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and multi-variable charts.
• Experience working with multiple software applications, databases, and information sources (SQL, AS400, Power BI).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, including the creation of visually compelling reports and presentations.
• Basic SQL programming knowledge.
