Support Stores & Partners: Quickly resolve pricing or promotional issues impacting stores, customers, and cross-functional partners.
Execute Pricing Strategy: Maintain pricing accuracy, compliance, and guardrails across all retail channels.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work weekly with category and merchandising teams to review, approve, and implement pricing changes.
Manage Reporting & KPIs: Own group-level pricing and promotion reports and dashboards—running regular checks and balances, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely updates with actionable insights.
Lead Deep-Dive Analysis: Perform ad-hoc investigations into pricing and promotional performance to identify root causes, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure Governance & Data Integrity: Uphold audit standards and data governance to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Drive Process Improvements: Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining pricing and promotional operations.
Retail Acumen: Solid understanding of retail operations, category management, and competitive pricing dynamics.
Analytical Strength: Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, comfortable interpreting large datasets to drive decisions.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, SQL, Teradata, Python, SAS, or Power BI is an asset.
Organized & Agile: Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborative Mindset: Strong relationship-building skills to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.
Continuous Improvement Focus: Curious, proactive, and driven to refine processes and deliver measurable business value.
