Currently, we have an opening for a Pricing & Business Analyst. In this role, you will support commercial operations through accurate inventory control, regional pricing administration, and data-driven insights. You’ll ensure price accuracy, maintain system integrity, and leverage AI tools to improve forecasting and reporting while collaborating cross-functionally to drive business success.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure alignment between physical stock and system data.
  • Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies to uphold inventory integrity.
  • Manage CRM data integrity and generate actionable reports.
  • Ensure price accuracy for Rock Tools customers through regular NPC analysis, uploads, and adjustments.
  • Be accountable for regional pricing administration, including compliance with contractual terms and internal policies.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance sales forecasting, reporting, and data-driven insights.
  • Be accountable for annual cycle count projects and related reporting.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams for contract execution, pricing updates, renewals, and compliance documentation.
  • Develop and implement standard processes for daily operations and special projects to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational improvements and innovation.

What you will bring along:

  • Relevant education and work experience in sales administration, inventory control, or data analytics. Welcoming internationally trained professionals or those with non-traditional career paths.
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage pricing updates, compliance documentation, and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM platforms, and Microsoft 360.
  • Experience with AI tools and data visualization platforms is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of initiative, drive, and determination to achieve goals and targets.

  • Attend related training sessions and wear all mandatory PPE as needed when visiting Sandvik and customer facilities.
