Qualifications

• Operate tonnage presses and related equipment.
• Perform Quick Die Change per Q.D.C. procedure.
• Use measuring devices to ensure part quality and complete paperwork.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and report damages.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve capacity and reduce costs.
• Maintain housekeeping and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate tonnage presses, decoilers, feeders, cranes and PLC equipment.
• Perform Quick Die Change with minimal supervision.
• Use measuring devices to ensure quality and complete paperwork.
• Troubleshoot for poor quality and report damages.
• Apply lean principles to improve process capability and reduce costs.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and meet production targets.
