ARC'TERYX is seeking a Press Machine Operator for our New Westminster facility. After a 3-month training period, you will join a production line and work Monday–Friday on a full-time permanent basis. You will gain new skills through our Learning & Development program and have opportunities to move into leadership or other teams.
You will work with 10-12 teammates to meet quality and efficiency standards, participating in pressing various products and supporting multiple lines as needed.
ARC'One, our manufacturing facility in New Westminster, is home to a team of skilled makers and technicians who bring Arc'teryx products to life. Located near our Design Center, the facility plays an important role in how we prototype, test, refine and manufacture the technical gear we are known for.
Some of our most technically complex products including Alpha SV and new product pilots are built here. The facility also supports ReBIRD repair and renewal programs, helping extend the life of Arc'teryx gear.
This is hands-on, precision work where craftsmanship, problem-solving and continuous improvement come together on the production floor. This is Who We Are.
For our ever-growing operation, we are looking for Press Machine Operators to join our teams.
After 3 months of training in our Training Department you will be assigned to one of our production lines.
Developing your skills is our priority. Thanks to our continuing Learning & Development Program you will acquire new skills on new products (eg: jackets, pants, or gear). And it doesn't end there, you will have the opportunity to move up and why not, join our Warranty, Sample, Quality, Training Teams or become one of our future Team Leaders.
This role is a full-time permanent (Monday - Friday) position located in New Westminster (Queensborough area).
Under the supervision of a Production Supervisor, you’ll partner with 10-12 team members to meet all the quality and efficiency standards in pressing different products.
