Overview

We are seeking a senior construction professional with 20+ years of industry experience in both high-rise and low-rise sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in a leadership role focused on business development within the construction management space.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to secure third-party CM assignments across ICI, residential, and takeover / defaulted projects.
  • Leverage an existing network of industry contacts to immediately identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Represent DCON in the market with professionalism, integrity, and a strategic outlook.
  • Set up internal corporate systems and protocols to support scalable growth.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a team of professionals to support BD efforts and project acquisition.
Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated leadership in a similar senior BD role.
  • Deep market knowledge and established relationships across the GTA and beyond.
  • Proven ability to win work and drive top-line revenue.
  • Strong operational and corporate leadership skills.
  • Must have experience in all forms of CCDC Contracts
