Economic Development Regina (EDR) is the lead economic development agency for the Greater Regina Area, working to advance prosperity through investment attraction, business development, and fostering a vibrant, innovative economy. As a catalyst for growth, EDR collaborates with business, government, Indigenous and community partners to build Regina’s reputation as a competitive, diverse, and future-focused economy.

The President & Chief Executive Officer (President & CEO) of EDR reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall operations and strategic leadership of the organization. This role ensures alignment with EDR’s mandate, policies, and budgets while driving forward the organization’s mission of promoting economic growth, innovation, and opportunity in Regina and surrounding areas. The President & CEO provides visionary leadership, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and positions EDR as a trusted partner for sustainable economic development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven record of strategic leadership and relationship management across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. They bring established credibility within the business community and experience working in economic development, investment attraction, or related fields. They are adept at aligning diverse perspectives, fostering meaningful partnerships, and delivering results that drive economic growth.
