Oregon Child Development Coalition is seeking a Preschool Teacher in Brooks, Canada. This role focuses on supporting and promoting the learning and development of preschool-age children through individualized instruction and a safe learning environment.

Ensures, supports, and promotes each child’s learning, well‑being, and development in cooperation with their parents and other early childhood professionals in a manner consistent with the Head Start Performance Standards, USDA, and day care licensing regulations. Based on parent goals, classroom observations and individual child assessments, the teacher plans a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all children and their families.
Preschool Teacher A – $23.99‑$26.65 hourly ($26.38‑$29.32 hourly in Metro locations)
Preschool Teacher B – $25.67‑$28.52 hourly ($29.42‑$31.37 hourly in Metro locations)
1 Oregon Registry Step 9 or higher per degree or college coursework pathway
2 Oregon Registry Step 10 or higher per degree or college coursework pathway
Metro locations include Washington County and Multnomah County sites.
Placement within the range is determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
