• Provide guidance and mentorship to teachers, raising the teaching quality and overall performance of the centre.
• Foster a motivated, positive, and high-performing team of educators.
• Demonstrate strong leadership to drive the team in achieving company goals.
• Lead and communicate effectively with both staff and parents.
• Possess sound knowledge of local regulations, licensing requirements, and health & safety standards.
• Liaise with relevant government bodies and partners to meet compliance standards.
• Manage and monitor centre budgets and expenditures.
• Maintain strong enrolment levels and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Build and sustain good relationships with parents, business partners, and authorities.
• Prepare monthly management reports and other required documentation.
• Be confident, approachable, and people-oriented.
• Maintain strong administrative and organisational skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or any discipline with a Diploma in Pre‑School Education – Leadership (DPL).
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking parents and stakeholders.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare setting (including infant care).
• Proven experience managing a childcare centre (international centre experience is an advantage).
• Passionate leader with strong curriculum and pedagogy knowledge.
