As a PreSales Solution Engineer | CMS, you will provide technical expertise and business insight to support the sales team in closing ERP opportunities. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering impactful software demonstrations, analyzing workflows, and consulting on customer requirements. We are seeking applicants with strong ERP experience, presentation skills, and a collaborative mindset to help drive customer success and growth.

What you will be doing:
  • Prepare for and conduct software demonstrations alongside the Sales team to showcase ERP solutions
  • Provide technical expertise by documenting processes and performing workflow analysis in manufacturing, distribution, and accounting
  • Consult with the sales force to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Act as a liaison with Product Managers to share insights and discuss potential product development opportunities
  • Conduct customer and prospect webinars to educate and engage audiences
  • Travel domestically up to 50% to support sales activities and customer engagements
What you will likely bring:
  • Minimum of 3 years of presales experience with Epicor CMS product or equivalent operational ERP experience
  • Proven success in supporting both direct and channel sales, with experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance
  • Documented experience delivering customer presentations and demonstrations
  • Background with ERP companies or VARs such as SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, NetSuite, or similar
  • 3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success and knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Range
