Job summary

Walmart Canada in Alma, QC is seeking a Stockperson / Cartpusher to help create a safe, organized shopping environment. You will collect carts from corrals, the parking lot, and the store perimeter and return them to designated storage areas following Walmart procedures.

You will respond to customer and service needs, assist with carries and receipts, and maintain clean facilities while following safety protocols. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Ability to follow procedures and complete logs accurately.
• Walmart store policies and safety guidelines knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect shopping carts from cart corrals, parking lot, and store perimeter and return them to storage areas using store procedures.
• Respond to requests from registers and Customer Service; assist with carries and verify receipts when required.
• Maintain clean facilities and equipment, including restrooms, following safety and disposal guidelines.
• Follow safety standards and emergency protocols, including lockout/tagout and bloodborne pathogen guidelines.
• Use required PPE such as steel-toe footwear and reflective vest; perform safety sweeps and report hazards.
• Be available for different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
