Qualifications

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 45 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for 8 - 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen area and equipment.
• Prepping items according to recipes and maintaining portion control.
