Sunset Grill in Brampton is hiring Prep Cooks to join a fast-paced breakfast-focused kitchen. You will chop vegetables, prep meat, and prepare ingredients per our manuals, ensuring equipment is clean and ready for use.

The role requires a friendly, team-oriented individual who can work well under pressure and on weekdays and weekends. Experience is preferred; we welcome motivated applicants seeking to grow in a welcoming casual dining environment.

• Chop vegetables and fruits to specifications stated in manuals.
• Prepare meat for cooking by slicing and cutting appropriately.

• Ensure grills, stove top, steamer, walk-in cooler and freezers are clean and ready for use.
• Clean kitchen counters and other work areas.
• Wash dishes and cooking utensils.
• Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately.
• Consistently use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
