Job summary

TheKey is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in Squamish, BC. Earn top pay rates while building a meaningful career in home care with flexible schedules and a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation, with 1+ year caregiving experience preferred. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are beneficial. RRSP with employer match available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
