• Experience working in a supervisory capacity in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service of meals to guests or direct guests to the buffet line.
• Serve beverages to guests, including verifying minimum age for alcohol purchase.
• Assist in recording a guest’s order and relay the order to the kitchen via POS system.
