A leading recruitment firm in Canada is seeking a Preconstruction Estimator to manage the estimating process for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree and 5-10 years of experience, along with strong communication and relationship management skills to ensure competitive pricing and effective project risk identification.
The Preconstruction Estimator manages the estimating process for assigned projects or portions of a project requiring special expertise.
The Preconstruction Estimator will be familiar with and follow estimating and quality procedures, adhere to the Subcontractor Fairness Policy, and ensure the needs of the client are met.

Post-secondary degree / diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Management or related field plus 5-10 years of experience.
Managerial experience is considered an asset.
Broad range of experience working in multiple different contract model environments including but not limited to design-bid-build, progressive design-build and other integrated forms of agreement.
C.E.T, Gold Seal Certification in Estimating and / or Project Management is preferred
