Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience with machine sewing of one year or more.
• Must have ability to produce detailed, high-quality end products.
• Ability to understand, speak, read and write basic English.

Responsibilities

• Sews quality covers as integral part of production process for standard and special orders.
• Align parts, fasteners, and trimmings, following seams, edges, or marking.
• Selects threads and zippers according to specifications or colour of parts.
• Trims excess threads and edges of covers to achieve desired look of quality product.
• Identifies and addresses issues with materials, ensuring quality standards are upheld.
• Manages time and prioritizes tasks to ensure completion of daily production schedule.
