Qualifications

• Experience in high-precision manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and product specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, optical, and electro-mechanical assembly per work instructions.
• Conduct in-process checks and escalate issues per procedures.
• Align optics with defined parameters and acceptance criteria.
• Electrical testing of production units and maintain output quality.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.
• Interpret drawings and documentation to support troubleshooting.
• Meet production targets through efficient workflow.
