We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practical Nurse Instructor to join our team and deliver high-quality instruction in Theory, Lab, and/or Clinical settings. Rate Range: $34.60-46.50/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality instruction in theory, lab, and clinical settings.
  • Execute lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements as per PTIRU compliance. -Extensive in-house curriculum orientation and training provided.
  • Provide hands-on training and supervision in clinical environments.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in nursing education.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3,900 hours of nursing experience, inclusive of maternity along withmental health and community experience.
  • Current full registration with the BCCNM – required.
  • Previous instructor experience is an asset.
  • Experience with Office 365 and Student Information Systems (SIS) is an asset.
  • Strong communication and mentorship skills.
