Qualifications

  • Strong Development background – coding.
  • Scripting ability with PowerShell.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly by asking the right questions.

Responsibilities

  • Track, triage, and address VBD bugs and feedback.
  • Engage with the technical community to understand Technical and Delivery requirements.
  • Fix content/lab issues and maintain scripts and VMs in LOD.
  • Maintain content quality and standards.
  • Maintain accessibility standards.
  • Coordinate localization of content.
  • Maintain delivery guides associated to labs.
  • Partner with TPM on creation and maintenance of Readiness by workloads.
  • Maintain associated slide decks and work with IP Owners for sign off on changes/updates.
  • Work with TPM to ensure updates are implemented in the tools.
  • Ensure product deprecations are managed and flagged to IP leads.
  • Standardize process and tracking for all labs.

Skills

Strong Development background – coding
