Job Description
Positions Available
Electrical Draftspersons
  • Create and revise detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for electrical systems, customer add-ons, rebuilds, and safety solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure drawings meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain drawing libraries and support documentation for project execution.
Mechanical Engineers
  • Design mechanical systems and components for power generation and industrial applications.
  • Perform technical analysis, calculations, and integration of non-CAT components.
  • Support project execution through design reviews, vendor coordination, and field support.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and customer specifications.
Junior and Senior Engineers
  • Lead engineering deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring quality and technical accuracy.
  • PLC programming on platforms like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.
  • Interface with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align engineering solutions with project goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.
Automation Engineers
  • Design, program, and commission control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms.
  • Integrate automation solutions into power systems and industrial equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to meet operational requirements.
Project Managers
  • Lead end-to-end project execution including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and customer teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
Co-op Program Opportunities
  • Support engineering and project teams with technical tasks, documentation, and research.
  • Gain hands-on experience in real-world projects across various industries.
  • Participate in team meetings, site visits, and mentorship activities.
  • Develop foundational skills in engineering, drafting, and project coordination.
