Job summary

Turning Leaf Community Support Services Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and administer XRM and data-related business systems.

You will work with senior leadership and users to deliver scalable solutions across departments. The role blends software development, database administration, and data analysis, requiring a bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in computer science and strong initiative in loosely-defined problems.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and data analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop from backlog for the core XRM model-driven app, including fixes and new features.
• Configure and extend Dataverse schemas, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps components.
• Serve as primary admin and support contact for Power Platform environment.
