Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. seeks a senior Microsoft business apps developer to lead enterprise solutions using Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will design architectures, build and deploy Copilot Studio agents, and integrate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party systems.

You will ensure governance, security, and compliance while managing deployments via Azure DevOps in an Agile environment. Montreal-based role, require presence at the downtown office at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Microsoft business app development incl. Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/engineering.
• Master Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse & connectors.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, publishing and maintaining Copilot Studio agents.
• Knowledge of topic config, generative responses, data sources, actions, connectors, agent flows and transfer mechanisms.
• Dataverse data modeling: tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, views, forms and solution management.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, APIs and third-party systems.
• Master governance, environment policies, DLP, security, monitoring and operational support for Power Platform.
• Experience in application lifecycle management, deployment automation, source control and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Power Fx, expressions, flow logic, error handling, reusable components and performance optimization.
• Ability to design solutions considering architecture, integration, non-functional requirements and estimation for Power Platform initiatives.
• Working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Must be onsite at downtown Montreal office at least 3 days/week.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft business application development, including Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio;
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, a related field or equivalent experience;
• Master Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Platform connectors;
• Have experience in designing, developing, testing, publishing and maintaining Copilot Studio agents;
• Know topic configuration, generative responses, knowledge sources, actions, connectors, agent flows, and transfer mechanisms;
• Understand data modeling in Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, views, forms, and solution management;
• Demonstrate experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, APIs, and third-party systems;
• Master Power Platform governance practices, environment policies, DLP policies, security, monitoring, and operational support;
• Have experience in application lifecycle management, solution management, deployment automation, source control, and Azure DevOps;
• Effectively use Power Fx, expressions, flow logic, error handling, reusable components, and performance optimization techniques;
• Develop solutions taking into account the architecture, integration, non-functional requirements, and estimation of the Power Platform and Copilot Studio initiatives;
• Working in an Agile delivery environment;
• Ensure a minimum presence of 3 days per week at the downtown Montreal office.
