Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant mechanical engineering design experience
• Current professional engineer license (P.Eng, Ing, PE)
• Experience in consulting environment is desired

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical piping and equipment for power generation facilities
• Prepare equipment specifications and data sheets
• Review vendor drawings and data
• Prepare construction scopes of work
• Perform piping design activities including sizing and stress analysis
• Mentor less experienced engineers

Skills

Mechanical engineering design experience

Knowledge of Microstation or AutoCAD

Using Caesar II or AutoPipe

Thermoflow experience

Strong communication skills
