Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant mechanical engineering design experience
- Current professional engineer license (P.Eng, Ing, PE)
- Experience in consulting environment is desired
Responsibilities
- Design mechanical piping and equipment for power generation facilities
- Prepare equipment specifications and data sheets
- Review vendor drawings and data
- Prepare construction scopes of work
- Perform piping design activities including sizing and stress analysis
- Mentor less experienced engineers
Skills
Mechanical engineering design experience
Knowledge of Microstation or AutoCAD
Using Caesar II or AutoPipe
Thermoflow experience
Strong communication skills
Education
