Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) is seeking a Power Engineering student for 4- to 6-month opportunities across Conventional, Thermal, or Oil Sands locations. You will gain steam time, exposure to the oil industry, and mentorship while supporting day-to-day plant operations in a safety-conscious environment.
Applicants must be enrolled in a Power Engineering program, be physically fit, and hold a Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record.

As a Power Engineering Student working at our Conventional, Thermal, or Oil Sands locations, you will become a part of a team that manages the day-to-day requirements associated with plant operations. In this role, you will gain your required steam time, exposure to an oil industry environment and training that will be highly beneficial towards your Power Engineering program and you will receive mentorship and coaching from an experienced operations team, to help develop your career.
