Job summary

A leading post-secondary institute in Winnipeg is seeking a Post-Secondary Instructor for the Medical Assistant and Patient Care program. The instructor will provide an engaging learning experience, leverage technology, and assess student performance. Candidates must be licensed RNs or LPNs with substantial teaching experience. This role offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $55.42 to $75.40 per hour for a full-time position from January to August 2026.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recent, related work experience in a senior capacity.
  • Experience in instructing, training, or facilitating.
  • Experience working with adult learners is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Instructs courses using MITT curriculum with effective methods.
  • Develops digital instructional resources for learning access.
  • Assesses and evaluates student performance timely and effectively.
