Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Vancouver is seeking a customer service associate to provide prompt, friendly service at the retail outlet and maintain a clean, organized checkout area. You will greet customers, scan products, handle cash and coupons, and request PC Optimum cards during transactions.

Responsibilities cover merchandising, loss prevention, and compliance with health and safety standards. Prior retail or register experience is valued, along with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

• Merchandises and maintains designated areas (i.e. facing, signing, labeling, etc)
• Ensures loss prevention Standards are followed
• Controls cash, lottery, and stamp inventory
• Presents proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines
• Complies with all health and safety regulations
• Complies with all store policies and procedures
• Ensures the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained
• Perform other duties as required
