Job summary

Canada Post in Cranberry Portage, Manitoba is seeking an on-call Post Office Assistant to provide friendly counter service, sell postal products, and assist customers.

As a temporary, on-call role, you will sort and process mail, handle cash transactions, help customers with forms, and resolve delivery issues. You should reside in the community and be able to lift up to 50 lb.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in business administration preferred.
• Experience interacting with the public in a retail/service environment, including sales and cash transactions.
• Basic understanding of postal/accounting systems.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Available for temporary, on-call work.
