Responsibilities

• General POS system maintenance including setup of settings, products, and promotions.
• Monitor multi-store POS system communication and setup.
• Development of POS system policies and procedures.
• Assistance and troubleshooting for the POS system.
• Maintenance of the loyalty rewards program and promotion data.
• General troubleshooting of Debit/Credit and Gift Card systems.
• Invoicing and inventory maintenance.
