Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and staffing across the Thunder Bay portfolio.
• Fill open shifts while meeting contractual staffing requirements.
• Communicate schedules and updates with security professionals.
• Respond promptly to scheduling requests and support tickets.
• Maintain scheduling, payroll, and billing data using TEAM software.
• Monitor certifications, training, and compliance requirements.
• Support the Client Service Manager and provide coverage as needed.
• Occasionally travel locally to client sites.

What You'll Do

• Coordinating schedules and staffing needs across the Thunder Bay portfolio.
• Filling open shifts while ensuring contractual staffing requirements are met.
• Communicating schedules and updates clearly with security professionals.
• Responding promptly to scheduling requests and employee support tickets.
• Maintaining accurate scheduling, payroll, and billing information using TEAM software.
• Monitoring employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements.
• Supporting the Client Service Manager and providing coverage when needed.
• Occasionally traveling locally to client sites as required.
